Here at Naguna Labs we believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your products and your experience with our company. To ensure your satisfaction, we have made it easy to return products for a refund or exchange product.
- Contact our customer support center at support@nagunalabs.com, or call us at 1-800-756-6844, Mon–Fri 9am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time for an RMA and return address. (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA is required for a refund.

- All packages returned, refused, or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
- Returns must be received in our offices within 60 days from the delivery date. If your return is received after 60 days from the delivery date, it will no longer be eligible for a refund. We will not ship back returned packages that are not received at our offices in time.
- Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label.
- All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the package is received and verified, which may take up to 7 business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for your financial institution to process the refund.
